In addition, she followed up with vendors when medical equipment did not meet or exceed standards outlined in their contracts, worked with vendors and clinicians to resolve agreed upon work/equipment performance requirements (or terminated purchase orders to protect patients and the government's interest), and evaluated bid proposals to determine if the vendor's equipment and related services met stated hospital needs. As a Correctional Officer, Ms. Jackson enforced security regulations and prepared incident reports.She has an active CompTIA Security+ credential and is currently seeking certifications as an AI Governance Professional (AIGP) and ISO 42001 Provisional Auditor.
